Attorney Peter Goldberger is a 1975 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
For the past 30 years, he's been an active member of the California State Bar (#065953), representing literally thousands of people with serious injuries throughout California. His offices are located in La Jolla, just north of San Diego.
Mr. Goldberger works with a number of colleagues, handling both serious personal injury and workers' compensation cases. In 1986 he was appointed a Workers' Compensation Judge Pro Temp at the San Diego Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and in 1997 he authored The Work Injury Handbook, a popular aide for countless injured workers throughout California.
Mr. Goldberger has lectured to doctors, other professionals and consumers on injury law and cited as an expert by various newspaper and other media outlets. He's also the founder and developer of several internationally-recognized legal websites, including The Law Engine! (dealing with all aspects of federal and state law) and WorkInjury.com (one of the first workers' comp. websites on the Internet). As of 2006, both sites have served literally millions of visitors -- both law professionals and consumers -- and are referenced by some of the most respected law libraries in the country.
